A professional who posts an online sale is responsible for informing the customer about all the characteristics of the goods or services they are selling, including payment and delivery terms. Professionals who make an online sale through our services must declare their income to the relevant authorities in their place of registration, according to the procedures set by those authorities. VIII. Buyer’s Responsibility

Jurisdiction and Governing Law
